Training log

The training log built for the gym floor — and for your AI.

Log a set with chalky hands and no signal. Ask your assistant about it on the way home.

Open Reprise

Invite-only during early access.

The logging screen: barbell bench press, two sets done at 80 kg for 8, the third set live.

On the gym floor

Every number you need, loudest on the screen

  • Works offline. Log a whole session with no signal; it syncs when the signal comes back.
  • Knows your gym. Describe a place's rack once, and the weight sheet offers the loads it can actually make.
  • Prescribes the next load. Progression reads your history and sets today's target.
  • Rest that keeps time. The timer survives a locked screen and a reload.

The rest timer at 1:24 remaining, two thirds elapsed.

A barbell loaded to 100 kg: a 25 and a 15 kg plate on each side of the 20 kg bar.

Works with your AI today

Talk to your training log

  • Claude, ChatGPT and Claude Code. Connect over MCP and your assistant can read your history, plan your next session, log from your notes and review a training block.
  • Previewed before it's saved. Every change your assistant makes is previewed first and written only by a separate confirming call, so it can show you before anything is saved.
  • Access you control. Each connection is scoped, listed in Settings, and can be revoked there at any time.
  • Your symptom diary stays out of it. It is never shared over an assistant connection, and reaches an AI only through a personal token you create for it.

A chat: you ask Claude to log yesterday's bench, 3 sets of 8 at 80 kg; Claude shows the session as a preview and asks you to confirm before saving it.
